Delivery Policy
- All non-custimized items will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order. Depending on the location of the item, the goods will be shipped from our studios in Canada or China. Shipping times vary by region, but in most cases, you can expect to receive your package within 14 business days.
- Customized items will be shipped within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- For all quartz crystal products, we grantee a 6-hour crystal cleansing process prior to shipment.
Return Policy
- We hope you're happy with your order and like our design. However, if you change your mind, we do offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, starting from the day the shipment is delivered.
- Returns will be refunded to the original payment method and may take up to 15 business days to complete upon receipt of your return.
- Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.
Return Requirements
- All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging
- Customized pieces, including bracelets with size adjustment, are non-returnable/non-refundable
- On sale products are non-returnable/non-refundable
