Delivery Policy
- All non-custimized items will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order. Depending on the location of the item, the goods will be shipped from our studios in Canada or China. Shipping times vary by region, but in most cases, you can expect to receive your package within 7 business days.
- Customized items will be shipped within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- For all quartz crystal products, we grantee a 6-hour crystal cleansing process prior to shipment.
