How to Measure Wrist Circumference

To measure your wrist circumference with a soft measuring tape, follow these steps: 

1. Wrap the soft measuring tape around your wrist, positioning it just below the wrist bone. Ensure the tape is snug but not overly tight, allowing for a little movement. 
2. check the measurement where the end of the tape meets the other side.
3. For a more comfortable fit, it is recommended to add 0.5-1 centimeter to the measured result.
