Garden Quartz

Garden Quartz, aka Green Phantom Quartz, named for its unique green inclusions, stands out in the crystal family. Its main producing areas are Brazil, Africa and other regions. The green phantom quartz from Brazil features rich colors, transparent crystals and diverse inclusions, often presenting a forest-like landscape. Those from the Congo in Africa are mostly dark green, with inclusions forming a black forest scene, while those from Zambia have fine sand-like inclusions arranged neatly, creating a grassland landscape.

Inside Garden Quartz, there are green volcanic mud and other minerals, forming unique shapes such as clouds, treasure bowls, layers, pyramids and starry skies. Among them, the pyramid and treasure bowl shapes are relatively rare and of higher value. The pyramid shape is a cone naturally formed by the accumulation of inclusions, similar to the Egyptian pyramids; the treasure bowl refers to a single bead where half has phantom inclusions and the other half is free of foreign objects with transparent crystals, forming a basin-like shape.

In the field of crystal healing, Garden Quartz is believed to have special effects. According to the chakra theory, its green energy corresponds to the heart chakra, which is believed helpful for regulating cardiopulmonary functions. On the psychological level, it is believed to be able to relieve stress and anxiety, eliminate negative emotions, improve attention and concentration, and enhance self-confidence and self-awareness.
