Additionally, product images may differ slightly from the actual item due to lighting, photography equipment, or screen settings; the physical product shall be the final reference.

• Natural materials such as pearls and crystals may contain inherent imperfections (e.g., fine lines, color variations), which are not considered defects or quality issues.

• Oxidation-induced blackening of silver accessories and discoloration of pearls are not considered quality problems.

• Natural crystals cannot be used as a substitute for medical treatment or therapy. • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.
• Sales of all “Define” collection products are considered final and not subject to return or refund.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned product and will be credited to the original payment method.
