How long does it take to process an order?
All non-custimized items will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order. Customized items will be shipped within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Depending on the location of the item, the goods will be shipped from our studios in Canada or China. Shipping times vary by region, but in most cases, you can expect to receive your package within 14 business days.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, starting from the day the shipment is delivered. However, one-of-a-kind jewelries and customized pieces, including bracelets with size adjustment, are non-refundable.
